Identification and explanation of the assumptions of the project. v. Identify all risks associated with the project and explain how these are to be managed. vi. Specification of initial timelines. vii. Representation of task allocations. viii. Explanation of the relationship of the project to other projects within the organisation. ix. Estimation and explanation of costs, resources requirements, quality assurance and other relevant factors. x. The impact of relevant legislation (this could include environmental, WHS, code of conduct issues) on the project. xi.
