For this assignment, write a paper in which you evaluate methods for developing diversity consciousness. Pretend that you are human resources professional working with the CEO of an organization of your choice where employees do not value the diversity within the organization. Describe strategies and tools to help foster a culture that embraces diversity as opposed to rejecting it. Provide a plan for how you will engage employees to help them understand the importance of valuing diversity and how that would improve the organization as a whole in terms of competitive advantage.
Support your paper with at least five (5) resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included.
